I am an independent counsellor based in Southport, Merseyside. I offer confidential telephone, video and face-to-face counselling to adults on a one-to-one basis.
I am passionate about empowering people to find a path through their concerns.
I am a Registered Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). My other qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in psychology, a diploma in counselling, a level 5 certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and certificate in Transactional Analysis 101.

Anxiety, bereavement, depression, infertility, loss, personal development, pregnancy related issues, self-esteem, self-harm, stress, womens issues, and general counselling.
